Jerric Chan
Product Builder
SMU graduate. Three internships spanning an architecture firm, a government ministry, and a startup. Four ventures tried along the way. Currently consulting in finance. I care about building things that actually help people, and I'm not afraid of the boring work it takes to get there.

Core Principles
Constructive Rebel
When I see a process that doesn't work, a government training system or a client's reporting workflow, my instinct is to map the problem and then make something better. I've done this across agencies, startups, and my own ventures.
Pragmatic Idealist
I'll think through the architecture, write the PRD, then sit down and build the prototype. I've self-taught Power BI under client pressure, wired up NLP pipelines, done supply chain calls. The vision only matters if you can execute it.
Internal Compass
I've turned down easier paths to work on things I believed in. Running an agency at 21, trying four ventures, spending a summer helping elderly users navigate a new product. I'm not motivated by titles. I'm motivated by whether the work matters.
